This 7,000 square foot primary care provider suite was designed and permitted pre-Covid, but was under construction during Covid. Despite the challenges that occurred during construction, the new space is clean, crisp, and welcoming. The floral tile with contrasting grout duplicates the client’s logo and gives a unique twist on an ADA check-in desk. The suite is designed with exam rooms in both linear and pod layouts that have direct access to their central nurse stations. Durable finishes are white and light gray with a pop of dark aqua; LED pendant fixtures with cut glass lenses give a sophisticated sparkle.
