LeVino Jones recently had the pleasure of redesigning Peachtree Women’s Clinic in the Brookside Medical Office Building. This 6,283-square-foot clinic was specifically designed for women’s health services and offered some unique design opportunities for our team.
Throughout the redesign process, LeVino Jones was responsible for the following:
Our team also has extensive knowledge of state and federal codes and regulations to ensure all spaces we design are safe for patients and providers.
Throughout the redesign of the Peachtree Women’s Clinic, our team focused on creating an office that promoted patient privacy while remaining a warm, welcoming space.
At LeVino Jones, we understand that smaller details are essential for developing an overall atmosphere. Our design included backlit mirrors in the bathroom and private stalls with louvered doors. These touches helped to create an unexpected welcome into Peachtree Women’s Clinic health care space.
We helped create a greater sense of privacy without completely isolating guests by designing “neighborhoods of care.” After interviewing patients in private triage rooms, they move to one of two sub-waiting areas rather than one large sub-waiting room adjacent to their provider’s exam pod.
Each “neighborhood” within the space had a pod of rooms, including Exam Rooms, an Office and a Nurses’ Station, which positively impacted the flow and function of the area. The Exam Rooms were along the perimeter of the building with windows that gave beautiful views of scenic woods, yet equipped with blinds for privacy.
